Your responsibilities will encompass a variety of maintenance tasks, including general repairs, basic plumbing, electrical work, and painting, ensuring our campus is always in excellent condition.

Your Responsibilities

In this position, you will engage in a range of activities such as assembling furniture, liaising with contractors, and overseeing maintenance inventory. If you possess experience in building and maintenance trades, strong communication abilities, and a flexible, team-oriented mindset, we would like to hear from you. Key Duties
  • Conducting general maintenance and repairs
  • Performing basic plumbing, electrical tasks, and painting
  • Assembling and relocating furniture
  • Coordinating with contractors for building-related issues
  • Assisting in the management of maintenance supplies
  • Proactively overseeing work lists and site operations
Qualifications
  • Prior experience in the building or maintenance sector
  • Excellent English communication skills and customer service experience
  • Adaptable approach and ability to collaborate within a team
  • Eligibility to work in the UK
  • All roles are subject to satisfactory references and background checks
