Kinetic plc, a leading recruitment consultancy, is seeking a skilled Technical Trainer to join their team on a long-term temporary contract.
Key Responsibilities:- Deliver, assess, and verify engineering courses up to level 2 in-house, as well as assess and verify level 3 competencies within the company, in line with apprenticeship standards.
- Coordinate, track, and ensure timely completion of all elements of the apprentice standard, mentoring apprentices in the development of their knowledge, skills, and behaviours required for the standard.
- Review course content and delivery methods to accommodate future needs and update working methods, techniques, and own professional development.
- Ensure the company's Zero Harm culture and compliance guidelines are upheld.
- Relevant Electrical/Mechanical Engineering qualification.
- Training Assessment and Quality Assurance Award (TAQA).
- Ability to obtain enhanced DBS security clearance with Adults and Children's Barred listed.
- Machining experience is desirable.
