PERTEMPS NETWORK GROUP is seeking a skilled Family Law Solicitor to join a dynamic and expanding legal practice that delivers exceptional legal services to both domestic and international clients.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing a varied caseload, offering expert legal counsel on a wide array of family law issues.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee a comprehensive and diverse caseload of family law cases. Provide clear and actionable legal guidance to clients, ensuring their requirements and expectations are fulfilled. Engage in negotiations on behalf of clients, striving to resolve conflicts amicably whenever feasible. Prepare cases for court and represent clients in family law hearings as required. Draft, review, and finalize legal documents such as petitions, consent orders, pre-nuptial agreements, and other family-related contracts. Ensure compliance with all relevant legal standards and professional guidelines. Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, offering compassionate support during challenging times. Collaborate independently and with other departments within the firm to deliver thorough legal services.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Must be a qualified Solicitor with a background in family law. In-depth knowledge of family law, including divorce, financial settlements, children's rights, and domestic abuse. Proven track record in managing a diverse family law caseload from start to finish. Exceptional client care abilities, with the capacity to handle sensitive matters with empathy and professionalism. Capability to work autonomously as well as part of a team. Outstanding communication and negotiation skills. Proficient in utilizing case management systems and other relevant software.
