Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Youth Behavioral Support Specialist to assist students aged 12-16 who require additional guidance within a mainstream educational setting.


We welcome applicants from diverse backgrounds; prior experience as a teaching assistant is not a prerequisite for this position.

Qualifications and Experience

Ideal candidates will have experience working with children and young individuals exhibiting challenging behaviors, which may include:

  • Volunteering or personal involvement with individuals who have Special Educational Needs
  • Internships or placements in settings focused on Vulnerable Populations, Challenging Behaviors, Autism, or ADHD
  • Relevant certifications or completion of courses related to Supporting Challenging Behavior, such as Level 2 qualifications
  • We offer training opportunities for those who may need additional support.
