Role Summary

Omnicom Media Group is seeking a highly skilled Analytics Manager to join our central Digital Activation Hub (DAH) team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing biddable digital activation for several brands within the portfolio of a large automotive client across the EMEA region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Team Management:
    • Support the Performance Director in guiding the output of a team of 3-6 biddable specialists.
    • Lead goal setting and feedback sessions for your team.
    • Set the standard in work quality, communication, and timeliness with a distributed workforce of analysts.
  • Campaign Reporting & Advanced Analytics:
    • Support the campaign operation with the delivery of reoccurring reporting formats that account teams need to deliver to budget holders.
    • Work with the data operations and buying teams to understand irregular or unexpected pacing of campaign budgets.
    • Work within CRM/site-side analytics platforms (GA, Adobe) to understand tactics that are delivering client KPIs.
Requirements
  • Experience working in Analytics, preferably with experience working in advertising/media.
  • Demonstrate passion and knowledge for analytics and data operations.
  • Team Management experience and a passion for developing people.
  • Strong organizational skills, being able to manage multiple projects at once.
  • Ability to manage challenges of various clients and market interests in a culturally sensitive manner.
  • Excellent numerical skills and confidence analyzing data using Excel.
  • Be a proactive self-starter.
  • Have excellent communication and listening skills.
  • Be responsive to feedback.
  • Strong spoken & written English. Ability to speak other European languages is desired, but not essential.
