About the Role

As a Barista Team Leader, you'll be responsible for:

  • Leading shifts and supporting your colleagues to deliver outstanding customer experiences
  • Developing and implementing strategies to drive sales and improve customer satisfaction
  • Training and mentoring new team members to ensure they have the skills and knowledge to succeed
  • Collaborating with the store management team to achieve business objectives
  • Ensuring high standards of quality, safety, and hygiene are maintained at all times
