- Take charge of shifts to support your colleagues in delivering outstanding customer experiences.
- Maximize sales by leveraging the talents of your team members.
- Train and accredit new Baristas to ensure they meet our high standards.
- Stay up-to-date with new recipes and ranges, and share your knowledge with the team.
- Drive high standards every time, whether it's through the quality of an espresso or monthly coffee excellence scores.
