About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Acquisition Manager to join our team at Mindful Chef. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for scaling our digital paid marketing channels through a period of significant business and budget growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own Paid Social & PPC advertising, managing significant budgets and agency relationships.
  • Regularly update on channel performance and develop insights on consumer behaviour to optimise campaigns.
  • Increase ad engagement and conversion through continuous ideation, testing and learning of ad copy and creative.
  • Collaborate with creative team to share learnings, best practices and execute new ad ideas.
  • Identify and execute website tests to improve conversion rate.
  • Own full cross-channel digital acquisition channels, including email, vouchers, affiliates and referral.
