About the Role

Gardline is seeking a highly skilled and experienced HSSE Advisor to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a vital role in promoting a culture of health, safety, and environmental excellence throughout the company.

Key Responsibilities
  • Promote and Implement HSE Culture: Develop and maintain a strong health, safety, and environmental culture within Gardline, ensuring that all employees and contractors adhere to the highest standards of safety and environmental responsibility.
  • Develop and Implement Procedures: Create and implement procedures and systems to enhance our current practices, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Provide Training and Coaching: Design and deliver training programs to educate employees on health, safety, and environmental best practices, as well as provide coaching and guidance to ensure effective implementation.
  • Support Management: Collaborate with the Head of SHEQ to provide strategic guidance and support on health, safety, and environmental matters, ensuring that the company's goals and objectives are met.
Requirements
  • Qualifications: NEBOSH certificate qualification or equivalent.
  • Experience: Demonstrable experience in auditing HSSE systems, conducting incident investigations, and working in a complex and diverse organization.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to write clear and concise reports.
  • Preferred Qualifications: Previous experience offshore and TechIOSH certification.
