We are seeking an experienced Charge Nurse to join our team at Drayton Ward, Northside House. As a Charge Nurse, you will be responsible for the line management of junior staff, monitoring their practice, and identifying learning and development needs.
Key Responsibilities- Provide line management supervision and appraisals to junior staff
- Complete ward rotas to ensure the ward is sufficiently and safely staffed
- Support the development and implementation of recovery-focused interventions
- Provide training and support to other staff as appropriate
