We are seeking a Pharmacist to join our friendly and supportive Aseptic team in Ninewells Hospital, Dundee. The successful candidate will contribute to the delivery and development of a high-quality, patient-centred aseptic service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Checking and releasing aseptic products
  • Carrying out product stability assessments
  • Participating in internal and external audits
  • Delivering service improvement plans
Requirements

The post holder will be a registrant of the General Pharmaceutical Council and have completed the NES post-registration foundation training programme or be able to demonstrate equivalent knowledge, skills and behaviours.

For a band 8a level, the post holder should have a postgraduate Diploma/MSc or be able to demonstrate evidence of advanced professional practice knowledge, training and experience equivalent to that level.

Working Arrangements

The post holder will be required to contribute to weekend, extended hours and public holiday rotas as per service requirement.
