Debt & Collections Manager

CMC Consulting Limited is seeking an experienced Debt & Collections Manager to join our team. As a key member of our financial services team, you will be responsible for managing and supervising complex case loads, leading and training the debt recovery team, and collaborating with third-party providers to streamline collections and enforcement processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage multi, fast, and small track cases, including insolvency-based recoveries.
  • Lead and train the debt recovery team, ensuring continued professional growth.
  • Collaborate with third-party providers to streamline collections and enforcement processes.
  • Develop and refine our debt recovery case management system.
  • Handle volume sales ledger collections, ensuring cost-effective solutions for clients.
  • Engage with clients to maintain relationships and identify new business opportunities.
  • Supervise credit control activities and assist with in-house debt recovery efforts.
  • Contribute to digital marketing content related to debt recovery services.
Ideal Candidate:
  • Experience in legal debt recovery, with proficiency in managing case management systems.
  • Expertise in asset finance, motor finance, property litigation, or consumer credit.
  • Strong skills in handling escalations, reporting, and client relations.
