About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Administrative Support Specialist to join our Development & Sales Team on a fixed-term contract basis. As an Administrative Support Specialist, you will provide high-quality administrative support to the Development, Land, Technical, and Sales teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to the Development, Land, Technical, and Sales teams
  • Manage the central email inbox and ensure daily tasks are completed and deadlines are met
  • Input data entry for new homes using our Development software
  • Ensure the purchase order process runs smoothly
  • Investigate invoices to ensure prompt payment
  • Assist colleagues with invoice refunds and associated finance paperwork

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have strong IT skills, experience of working with mail merges, databases, and spreadsheets. You will also have excellent communication skills, a clear understanding of the importance of customer service, a can-do attitude, and a flexible approach to work when required.
