- Salary: £27,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience
- Uncapped commission and performance-based bonuses
- Flexible working hours: Monday to Friday, 8am-4pm or 10am-6pm
About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Education Recruitment Specialist to join our team at CER Education Recruitment. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process for education roles, with a focus on Secondary Recruitment.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively engage in business development activities to establish new partnerships with educational institutions and organizations.
- Identify and attract high-quality candidates for education positions through various sourcing methods, including social media, job boards, and professional networks.
- Develop and maintain strong business relationships through face-to-face and remote interactions, ensuring excellent customer service and a high level of candidate satisfaction.
- Collaborate with our management team to identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to achieve sales targets.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in education recruitment, ensuring our team remains competitive and effective in the market.
Requirements
- Essential Skills and Experience:
- Proven track record in education recruitment or a related field, with a strong understanding of the education sector and its challenges.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, candidates, and colleagues.
- Strong business development and sales skills, with the ability to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
