About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Paediatric Occupational Therapist to join our team. As a key member of our clinical team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality occupational therapy services to children and young people with a range of physical, emotional, and cognitive needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments of children and young people to identify their occupational therapy needs.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address these needs and promote independence and participation in daily activities.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including doctors, nurses, and psychologists, to ensure comprehensive care and support.
  • Provide education and training to children, young people, and their families on occupational therapy techniques and strategies.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of occupational therapy policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • Postgraduate qualification in Occupational Therapy (MSc or equivalent).
  • Registration with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC).
  • Experience working with children and young people with a range of physical, emotional, and cognitive needs.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
