We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Paediatric Occupational Therapist to join our team. As a key member of our clinical team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality occupational therapy services to children and young people with a range of physical, emotional, and cognitive needs.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct comprehensive assessments of children and young people to identify their occupational therapy needs.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address these needs and promote independence and participation in daily activities.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including doctors, nurses, and psychologists, to ensure comprehensive care and support.
- Provide education and training to children, young people, and their families on occupational therapy techniques and strategies.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of occupational therapy policies and procedures.
- Postgraduate qualification in Occupational Therapy (MSc or equivalent).
- Registration with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC).
- Experience working with children and young people with a range of physical, emotional, and cognitive needs.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
