Financial Controller

We are seeking an experienced Financial Controller to join our team at Mundipharma. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest degree of financial integrity and control across our operations in Norway, Sweden, Finland, and Denmark.
Key Responsibilities:- Partner with the regional General Manager to drive commercial initiatives and analyze business performance.
- Coordinate external audit processes and ensure alignment with stakeholders.
- Review and analyze monthly accounts, ensuring accuracy and alignment with financial submissions.
- Develop and manage forecasts and budgets for balance sheet, cash flow, and P&L areas.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, including non-finance teams, to drive business growth and improvement.
- Significant post-qualification experience in Financial Controlling roles.
- Experience working within a reputable audit company.
- Previous people leadership experience with a track record of maximizing individual and team performance.
- Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a comparable education.
- Strong communication and project management skills.
