Joinery Finishing Specialist - Expert in Polyurethane (PU) and AC Cat Lacquers
Are you a skilled Joinery Finishing Specialist with a focus on applying Polyurethane (PU) and AC Cat lacquers? Do you take pride in delivering impeccable finishes and outstanding quality in joinery products? If this resonates with you, we have an engaging opportunity available.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare joinery components for coating by thoroughly inspecting surfaces, executing necessary repairs, and masking areas not intended for treatment.
  • Utilize specialized spraying techniques and equipment to apply Polyurethane (PU) and AC Cat lacquers.
  • Follow manufacturer guidelines, industry best practices, and quality control standards to ensure optimal application of coatings.
  • Achieve consistent and flawless finishes on joinery items, preventing defects such as runs, drips, or uneven coverage.
  • Work closely with the quality control team to conduct comprehensive inspections and ensure joinery items meet high-quality standards.
  • Maintain accurate records of applied coatings, product specifications, and any modifications made during the spraying process.
  • Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of spraying equipment to guarantee optimal performance.
  • Strictly adhere to health and safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.

Qualifications:
  • Demonstrated experience as a Joinery Finishing Specialist with a specialization in Polyurethane (PU) and AC Cat lacquers.
  • Thorough understanding of Polyurethane (PU) and AC Cat lacquer types, properties, and application methods.
  • Expertise in surface preparation techniques, including sanding, filling, and caulking.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and ability to produce consistent, flawless finishes.
  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations pertaining to spraying and handling hazardous materials.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team, showcasing effective communication and teamwork skills.
  • Physical stamina for tasks that may involve standing, bending, and lifting.
