We are currently seeking a dedicated, driven, and innovative Senior SEO Specialist to enhance our expanding Digital team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with a variety of clients.

Key Responsibilities

Our positions, from entry-level to senior management, adhere to five core responsibilities, with specific skills tailored to each level. This structure provides clarity for all team members regarding expectations and a clear pathway for career advancement.

Client Engagement

  • Consistently deliver high-quality outcomes and take ownership of results.
  • Execute SEO tasks, including content optimization, keyword analysis, technical assessments, and local listing enhancements, ensuring timely completion within budget while driving growth.
  • Monitor performance metrics and communicate updates to clients to demonstrate success.
  • Collaborate with junior team members to ensure client-facing documents, such as progress logs and monthly reports, are accurate and current.
  • Lead client calls regarding account activities, prepare agendas, and accurately document and distribute action items.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with clients, serving as a trusted point of contact and providing regular updates on activities.

Business Development

  • Assist the team in identifying potential clients who may benefit from SEO services, collaborating closely with Sales & Marketing and senior team members to support proposals.

Team Leadership

  • Exhibit effective upward management skills to Account Managers, sharing achievements and promptly addressing issues while proposing potential solutions.
  • Offer guidance and support to junior colleagues, helping them develop essential SEO skills, including analytics, reporting, and time management.

Industry Expertise

  • Enhance your understanding of SEO trends and best practices, utilizing SEO methodologies to achieve superior performance.
  • Leverage your knowledge of relevant industries and research capabilities to contribute to strategic planning and campaign development.

Agency Involvement

  • Engage in agency-wide initiatives and activities to foster relationships with colleagues, including training sessions, social gatherings, and relevant internal seminars.
  • Participate in role-specific training organized through our internal development program.
