About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Paid Search Manager to join our client's growing marketing team in Glasgow. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for delivering high-impact digital advertising strategies and managing large budgets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement market-leading digital ad strategies across Google Ads (Search, Display & Video)
  • Take responsibility for performance metrics, alongside GA4 and CRM data to continuously optimise campaigns
  • Strategise, implement, meticulously manage, and deliver results for multiple paid search accounts across the client base
  • Manage the end-to-end process of media planning and optimisation
  • Have hands-on experience with Google Ads, Microsoft Ads (a plus), and project management expertise
  • Conduct in-depth data analysis and insight experience, especially across campaign optimisation
  • Familiarity with CRM solutions for lead tracking and quality assurance
  • Exposure to Salesforce would be highly desirable
Requirements
