About the Role
Gratte Brothers Group is seeking a dedicated Plant Delivery Assistant to support our delivery operations based in Stevenage. This role involves collaborating with the driver to ensure the efficient collection and delivery of equipment across various locations.
Your responsibilities will encompass loading and verifying items onto the van, meticulously checking against delivery notes to guarantee completeness, safety, and secure transport. You'll also be responsible for conducting daily vehicle checks and reporting any defects to your supervisor. Due to the nature of this role, a full driving license is essential.
When deliveries are not scheduled, you will contribute to our warehouse operations under the guidance of the Warehouse Supervisor. This involves assisting with various tasks as instructed.
