Job Title: Trade Counter and Warehouse Operative

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Trade Counter and Warehouse Operative to join our team at Hireful. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our trade counter and warehouse.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide day-to-day support across the trade counter and warehouse, ensuring customer requests are fulfilled and satisfaction is maintained.
  • Deal with incoming queries from customers over the phone and via email, taking orders and filling in picking slips for the warehouse team.
  • Face-to-face interaction with customers at the trade counter, retrieving items from the warehouse and loading/unloading lorries as required.
  • Occasional need to drive and deliver specific parts to customers, requiring a full valid UK driving license.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience working on a trade counter is desirable, but not essential.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Counterbalance FLT license is a bonus, but training will be provided for the right candidate.
