About the Role

We are seeking enthusiastic and passionate newly qualified registered nurses to join our dynamic and supportive team at Doncaster & Bassetlaw Teaching Hospitals NHS FT. As a newly qualified nurse, you will have the opportunity to consolidate your knowledge and skills in a comprehensive 12-month preceptorship programme, guided by expert clinical educators and specialist teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality nursing care tailored to your chosen pathway, identifying your strengths and areas for growth.
  • Practice in accordance with the NMC Code (2018) and be fully prepared for your first NMC Revalidation in three years.
  • Work alongside a multi-disciplinary team in a nurturing clinical setting, utilizing our state-of-the-art educational facilities.

Person Specification

We are looking for candidates who possess:

  • Completion of Nurse Training Programme to obtain registration with the NMC
  • Up-to-date knowledge of professional issues
  • Demonstrate good verbal and written communication skills with multi-disciplinary team/client/relatives
