Position Summary

We are seeking a skilled Team Leader to oversee our dynamic Electric Vehicle (EV) division at our headquarters.

This role involves collaborating closely with the EV team, supervising workshop personnel, ensuring that production goals are consistently met, and generating key performance indicators (KPIs) for upper management's assessment.
While the position primarily operates during the day shift, there may be occasions where support for the late shift is required.

The ideal candidate will possess previous management experience, ideally within a manufacturing context, and will be expected to attain a company-sponsored, external HV EV level 4 certification.

Key Responsibilities:

· Achieve monthly production plan targets

· Supervise personnel in EV production

· Oversee inventory levels of components and batteries on-site

· Manage defective modules on-site

· Generate and report KPIs for EV production
