We are looking for a motivated and results-oriented Account Manager to oversee and enhance our Primary Desk within the education recruitment sector.

This position is ideal for individuals who are enthusiastic about cultivating robust relationships, possess a sharp eye for talent, and are driven to expand their own desk.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Account Oversight: Collaborate closely with the Business Developer to manage current client accounts, ensuring exceptional service and satisfaction levels.
  • Talent Acquisition: Identify, evaluate, and shortlist qualified candidates for various roles in primary education environments.
  • Client Engagement: Serve as the primary contact for educational institutions, comprehending their requirements and delivering customized recruitment solutions.
  • Relationship Development: Build and maintain strong connections with both clients and candidates, establishing yourself as a reliable partner in education recruitment.
  • Desk Management: Take charge of your desk, with opportunities to grow and broaden your client portfolio.

Qualifications and Skills:
