Job Opportunity: Senior Brand Manager, FMCG

£50k-£55k + car allowance + bonus

Home counties/hybrid working

We are seeking a talented Brand Manager or Senior Brand Manager to join our team at Tarsh & Partners Marketing Recruitment. As a Brand Manager/Senior Brand Manager, you will work on one of the largest brands in our portfolio and have full accountability for your projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and execute brand plans to drive business growth.
  • Lead the development and execution of innovation pipelines and EPDs.
  • Manage the P&L and brand health tracking to ensure commercial success.
  • Analyse market trends, consumer behaviour, and competitor activity to identify market opportunities.
  • Maintain relevant websites and own digital marketing and social media portals.

Requirements:

  • FMCG grocery brand management experience.
  • Naturally curious personality with strong consumer empathy.
  • Agility and commercial acumen with P&L exposure.
  • Ability to work in a hybrid environment.
