We are seeking an experienced and motivated Assistant Manager to join our team at Wendy's. As an Assistant Manager, you will play a key role in the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, working closely with the General Manager to ensure the smooth running of the business.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and supervise Supervisors, Shift Leaders, and Team Members to ensure excellent customer service and high-quality food products.
- Support the General Manager in overseeing all day-to-day restaurant operations, including inventory management, scheduling, and staff development.
- Identify training needs and capability gaps within the team and work with the General Manager to deliver effective training programs.
- Ensure compliance with all Company policies and procedures, including Health and Safety, Food Audits, and Financial Audits.
- Build and maintain an efficient team of employees, driving the team towards business objectives and promoting a positive safety culture.
- Support the General Manager in controlling costs without compromising standards and the Wendy's guest experience, through weekly and daily line checks.
- Work in Back of House helping and training the team during peak times.
- Experience leading people, preferably in a food service environment.
- 1 year of line operations experience, with demonstrated ability to lead and manage operations in a fast-paced environment.
- 1 year of management experience.
- Flexibility to work 44-hour work weeks, including all-day parts and days of the week.
- Annual Salary between £27,500-£29,500 per year (Base Salary + Bonus OTE).
- 44 Hour contract based over 5 days.
