Assistant Branch Manager Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Assistant Branch Manager to support our Branch Manager at Chelmsford. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in ensuring exceptional customer service, driving business growth, and managing the branch in the Branch Manager's absence.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Service: Provide outstanding customer service to existing customers and attract new ones by building strong relationships and delivering exceptional service.
  • Branch Management: Assist the Branch Manager in managing the branch, including supervising staff, managing inventory, and maintaining a safe and efficient working environment.
  • Team Support: Support the Branch Manager in leading and developing the team, including coaching, mentoring, and performance management.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a similar role or a related field.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
