Job Title: Process Technologist

We are seeking a highly skilled Process Technologist to join our team at Antony James Recruitment. As a key member of our product development team, you will play a crucial role in the development of new and existing product lines.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the development of new product concepts from customer or internal brand approval to scaled production.
  • Develop and implement process improvements to optimize manufacturing efficiency and product quality.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to product formulation and manufacturing.
  • Provide technical support to customers and internal teams regarding new products and processes.
  • Work with Operations to optimize manufacturing processes for new product development and product reformulation projects.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Food Technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in new product development or operational management in a B2B food manufacturing environment.
  • Strong knowledge of food processing technologies, ingredient functionality, and product development project management.
  • Excellent project management and organization skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
