Job Title: Part Time Director of Finance and Resources

Harris Hill is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Part Time Director of Finance and Resources to join their team. As a key member of the leadership team, you will be responsible for leading the finance and resources function, ensuring the charity's financial stability and growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the finance and resources team, providing strategic direction and guidance.
  • Develop and implement financial plans, budgets, and forecasts.
  • Manage financial reporting, including management accounts, balance sheet, and cash flow.
  • Oversee payroll, pension processing, and other HR-related tasks.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations, laws, and charity governance.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders, including the CEO, Trustees, and external auditors.
Requirements:
  • Chartered Accountant (CA) or equivalent qualification.
  • Proven experience in finance leadership roles, preferably in a charity or non-profit sector.
  • Strong financial management and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
