  • Integrate membership and accounts systems, ensuring seamless financial management and reporting.

  • Oversee charity audits, statutory reporting, risk, and compliance, ensuring the organisation's financial integrity and reputation.
  • Ensure relevant financial policies and controls are in place, ensuring the organisation's financial stability and compliance.
  • Regularly liaise with trustees and various stakeholders, providing financial guidance and support.

Requirements:

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Part Time Finance Director who can provide strategic financial guidance and leadership to our team. The ideal candidate will have:

  • Proven experience in financial management, preferably in a charity or membership organisation.
  • Strong financial skills, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on collaboration and teamwork.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve financial issues.
  • Proficiency in financial software and systems, including membership and accounts systems.
