Position Overview

  • Oversee technology-related risks within the organization by evaluating, addressing, and executing comprehensive solutions.
  • Offer strategic guidance to IT leadership and executive teams.
  • Plan and manage IT security initiatives and incident management.
  • Create and disseminate information security policies, protocols, and best practices.
  • Conduct assessments for data classification and perform security evaluations.
  • Work collaboratively with different teams to address security vulnerabilities.
  • Enhance user security awareness and remain updated on current security challenges.
  • Engage in specialized groups focused on technology security risks.
  • Establish and uphold data protection and business continuity strategies.
  • Carry out network penetration testing, application security assessments, and risk evaluations.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Preferred certifications include CISSP, CISM, or GIAC.
  • A minimum of five years of experience in IT and information security.
  • Expertise in developing security policies and conducting compliance assessments.
  • Familiarity with information security standards and legal requirements.
  • Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
