Key Responsibilities- Manage the daily operations of the restaurant and bar, including staff supervision, inventory control, and financial management.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction, increase revenue, and enhance the overall dining experience.
- Collaborate with the culinary team to create innovative menus and promotions that showcase our hotel's unique character and style.
