About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Recruitment Consultant to join our Permanent Desk at Brook Street Social Care. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for identifying and attracting top talent for our clients in the social care sector.

Key Responsibilities
  • Business Development: Identify new business opportunities and establish client requirements, manage growth and develop business relationships, as well as target and monitor sales activities.
  • Applicant Management: Identify and attract core applicants using effective techniques, develop relationships with applicants to ensure they are well-suited and prepared for job placements, and conduct registrations, interviews, and computer assessments to fully understand their skill set.
  • Recruitment Expertise: Leverage your experience as a Recruitment Consultant to grow and develop a permanent desk, driving business growth and delivering exceptional results.
