We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Recruitment Consultant to join our team in West Yorkshire. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, building strong relationships with clients, and delivering exceptional recruitment services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute business development strategies to achieve financial targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates
  • Source and attract top talent for our clients
  • Manage and refresh job board advertising to ensure effective recruitment
  • Ensure all applicants are managed through a robust screening and validation process
  • Proactively manage candidate availability to ensure effective client coverage
  • Deliver a candidate-focused culture, ensuring the right fit and excellent candidate experience
  • Ability to stand in as deputy for the Business Manager as needed

Requirements:

  • Business development experience with a proven track record of target achievement
  • Previous experience in recruitment, preferably in a senior role
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to forge business relationships and build strong networks
  • Good IT skills and ability to organise and prioritise
  • Ability to excel in a fast-paced environment
