Key Responsibilities

  • Drive business growth through proposal development, requirements gathering, project scope definition, and cost estimation.
  • Oversee project teams to ensure timely completion of deliverables within the established budget, quality standards, and timelines, while ensuring invoicing aligns with project milestones.
  • Maintain commercial oversight of projects with regular review cycles and report key performance indicators (KPIs) to senior management.
  • Manage customer relationships by establishing clear communication channels and fostering trust.
  • Engage with stakeholders to provide consistent updates on project status, milestones, and potential risks, collaborating with cross-functional teams to align projects with organizational objectives.
  • Supervise project team members in collaboration with relevant business units.
  • Identify and manage project risks, implementing mitigation strategies as necessary.
  • Establish and manage change control processes to handle adjustments to project scope, timelines, and budgets.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors as required.
  • Ensure compliance with Expleo's Quality Management System (QMS), customer processes, and legal regulations.
  • Report on project progress and performance to management.
  • Oversee subcontractor management to ensure alignment with customer requirements and supplier performance.
  • Maintain a comprehensive Project Management Plan, including resource allocation.
  • Provide coaching and mentorship to junior project managers.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related discipline.
  • PMP (Project Management Professional) or APM certification is advantageous.

Experience

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in managing complex projects from inception to completion.
  • Experience in performance management of teams and individuals.
  • Proven track record of working with diverse stakeholders in complex environments.

Application Requirements
