Job Title: Staff Nurse

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Staff Nurse to join our team at Randolph Hill Nursing Homes Group. As a Staff Nurse, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide professional clinical nursing care to residents, adhering to the NMC's code of professional conduct.
  • Supervise and support junior staff, promoting a safe and healthy environment for residents, staff, and visitors.
  • Delegate daily workload efficiently, ensuring cost-effective use of manpower in the absence of the Home Manager.
  • Maintain accurate records and individual care plans, adhering to company and statutory requirements.
Requirements:
  • 12 months post-graduate experience in a care of the elderly setting, preferably in a nursing home or hospital environment.
  • Experience working with elderly people with dementia, delivering clinical support in this area.
  • Strong time management and prioritization skills, with the ability to provide advice and guidance to internal staff, residents, and their relatives.
  • Effective problem-solving and communication skills, with the ability to deal with complex issues and respond appropriately.
