Job Title: Community Staff Nurse

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Community Staff Nurse to join our team in the Western Isles. As a Community Staff Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality nursing care to patients in their own homes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide nursing care to patients in their own homes, including assessments, treatments, and care planning.
  • Work effectively as a team member to deliver high-quality patient care.
  • Participate in the development and implementation of care plans that meet the individual needs of patients.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery.
  • Contribute to the development and maintenance of a safe and healthy work environment.

Requirements:

  • Registered Nurse with current registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC).
  • Experience of working in a community nursing setting.
  • Ability to work effectively as a team member.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
