Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled Catering Assistant to become a vital part of our kitchen team, located at our advanced facility. This is a full-time role, operating five days a week from Monday to Friday, with hours from 06:00 to 14:30.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing the restocking of vending machines.
- Coordinating with suppliers to ensure adequate stock levels for vending machines.
- Assisting with basic food preparation, serving, and handling in the canteen as needed.
- Maintaining cleanliness at the workstation, including end-of-shift clean-up and dishwashing.
- Participating in the weekly cleaning schedule.
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience in catering.
- Strong communication abilities.
- Background in customer service.
- Flexibility to cover for colleagues during absences.
- Genuine interest and knowledge in food.
- Able to thrive in a diverse workplace.
- Possession of a valid driving license.
