Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough site inspections and gather critical information from surveys and historical data.
- Coordinate with engineers, surveyors, and other specialists to oversee detailed investigations.
- Analyse findings to identify key issues and trends, and communicate investigation outcomes to project managers, design teams, and clients.
- Produce clear, comprehensive reports that summarise investigation outcomes and provide actionable recommendations.
- Ensure investigations and reports adhere to current building codes, regulations, and industry best practices.
- Manage multiple investigations simultaneously, prioritising tasks and ensuring timely completion of reports.
Requirements:
- Technical knowledge: Understanding of construction methods, building materials, and relevant industry standards.
- Investigation management: Proven ability to coordinate and oversee investigations.
- Data collection and analysis: Strong analytical skills and ability to gather and interpret data.
- Stakeholder communication: Excellent communication skills and ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders.
