About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Head of Digital Transformation at The Estée Lauder Companies Inc.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive Digital Growth: Develop and implement strategies to enhance our digital presence, improve customer engagement, and increase online sales.
  • Lead Digital Operations: Oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of digital initiatives, ensuring seamless integration with our retail operations.
  • Manage Digital Teams: Recruit, lead, and develop a high-performing digital team, providing coaching, training, and feedback to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed.
  • Ensure Brand Consistency: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure our digital channels align with our brand values, messaging, and visual identity.
  • Monitor and Analyze Performance: Track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of our digital initiatives and make data-driven decisions to optimize our strategies.
Requirements
  • Experience in Digital Transformation: Proven track record of driving digital growth and innovation in a fast-paced retail environment.
  • Leadership and Management Skills: Ability to lead and manage high-performing digital teams, providing coaching, training, and feedback to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed.
  • Strategic Thinking: Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop and implement effective digital strategies.
  • Communication and Collaboration: Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
