The Opportunity

Embark on an exciting journey as an Internal Sales Representative with Aggregate Industries. We're searching for individuals to join our Asphalt team in Motherwell, North Lanarkshire.

You will lead the charge in identifying new leads, fostering client relationships, and showcasing our extensive product portfolio.

Your journey will begin with your potential to succeed and develop, not your past experience. You bring your passion and desire to grow, and we will provide the training to unleash your full potential.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively identify and secure promising business opportunities, building strong relationships with potential clients over the phone.
  • Nurture key accounts, fostering long-term partnerships and continuously seeking new ways to add value.
  • Boost our visibility and reputation through consistent outreach, ensuring our presence is well-established.
