Spanish Instructor Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Spanish Instructor to join our team at GSL Education. As a key member of our educational team, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality language instruction to students.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with teachers and SENCOs to develop and implement engaging Spanish lesson plans that cater to the unique needs of students.
  • Provide one-on-one and group instruction to students, promoting their language skills and confidence.
  • Foster positive relationships with students, promoting their well-being and engagement in the learning process.
  • Support the implementation of behaviour management strategies tailored to the students' needs.
  • Collaborate with parents and other professionals to ensure a comprehensive support system for students.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in an educational setting, particularly in supporting students in Spanish studies, is advantageous but not essential.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Spanish.
  • Patience, adaptability, and a genuine passion for supporting individual student success.
  • Initiative and a willingness to collaborate with the teaching team.
