About the Role

Medsolve is partnering with an esteemed organization to find a dedicated College Tutor to deliver a high-quality, autism-specific educational experience.

This is a permanent role, working term-time only, with a salary of £25-£35 per hour. Please note that sponsorship is not offered.

Key Responsibilities
  • Participate in the coordination of daily college operations and contribute to the smooth running of the institution.
  • Ensure curriculum delivery and content are differentiated, autism-specific, and address individual learner needs.
  • Develop an effective working knowledge of Individual Learning Plans and use them to inform session planning.
  • Monitor and develop the curriculum through regular assessment and evaluation of student learning.
  • Embed Literacy, Numeracy, and ICT throughout the curriculum area where appropriate.
  • Create, share, and monitor learner targets in line with the Plan and learners' needs.
  • Provide subject reports detailing student progress and achievements for internal reviews and external bodies.
  • Write reports for and attend student reviews.
  • Deliver high-quality Numeracy sessions from pre-entry to Level 2.
  • Participate in the recruitment and assessment of students.
  • Assist with arrangements for student placements and assessments at work locations.
  • Liaise with partner schools, FE colleges, employers, and outside agencies/organizations.
  • Take part in marketing activities as required.
