Are you an experienced Accountant seeking a role within a supportive and employee-centric Accountancy Firm? We are excited to present an opportunity with a well-respected Accountancy practice known for its positive workplace culture and commitment to employee satisfaction.

Position Overview: Due to ongoing expansion, we are in search of a Senior Accounts Practitioner or an Assistant Accountant to enhance our dynamic team.

Client Engagement: You will have the opportunity to interact with clients regularly, either in person or via virtual meetings, fostering long-lasting professional relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Preparation of financial statements for both unincorporated and corporate clients, particularly within the Agricultural sector.
  • Management of VAT submissions and bookkeeping tasks, along with the completion of basic tax returns.
  • Utilization of accounting software such as Xero or QuickBooks.
  • Experience in an Accountancy practice is essential.
  • Qualifications may include being qualified by experience, part-qualified (ACA or ACCA), or holding an AAT certification.

Working Conditions: This is a full-time position with a standard workweek of 37 hours. Hybrid working arrangements may be available following a probationary period.
