Role Overview
The Civil Engineering Project Coordinator plays a crucial role in overseeing site operations and guiding junior engineers. This position is integral to the successful execution of civil engineering tasks along an 80km stretch of a high-speed rail link.

Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and mentor junior engineering staff on-site.
- Collaborate with the setting-out team to ensure precise execution of construction activities.
- Identify and address technical challenges in coordination with senior team members and the Sub-Agent.
- Monitor subcontractor performance to ensure compliance with contractual obligations.
- Ensure the team has access to up-to-date information and resources necessary for their tasks.
- Assist in the development of project schedules, progress reports, resource allocation, and financial forecasts.

Qualifications
- HNC/Degree in Construction or Civil Engineering or equivalent, with a focus on progressing towards membership in a relevant professional institution (e.g., ICE).
- Valid CSCS card (White, White-Yellow, Red - Experienced, Black - Manager, or Gold - Supervisor).
- Proven knowledge and practical experience in site engineering and construction supervision.
- Essential experience in utilities, heavy structures, or drainage systems.
- A full UK Driving License is required.
