The Role of Sales Manager - HVAC Systems:

As a Sales Manager working for BMS Performance, you will be responsible for selling a range of high-quality HVAC systems, with a focus on heat recovery and air handling units. Your primary focus will be to develop and grow sales within our established customer base of commercial mechanical and electrical contractors across the western half of Scotland, as well as to rejuvenate accounts where the relationship may have cooled. This region already generates a good level of revenue, but has the potential to do much more, offering significant commission opportunities.

Requirements for the Position:

· Must be a qualified mechanical engineer

· Outgoing, able to network and build relationships with customer stakeholders at all levels

· Structured, organized, and experienced in using CRM systems

· A true team player who enjoys a collaborative work environment

· Valid driving license

Benefits of this Role:

· £50,000 to £59,000 basic salary, depending on experience

· OTE £14,000 commission and bonus in the first year, uncapped, with top earners exceeding £100,000

· High-specification PHEV or electric company car

· Excellent pension scheme, up to 8% employer contribution

· 25 days' holiday, plus Bank Holidays
