Hays Senior Finance is partnering with a growing international organisation to add a Senior Finance Manager to their finance team due to high growth and transformation.

  • Ensure accurate posting and reconciliation of payroll, COS, and prepayment journals across multiple entities.
  • Full reconciliation of GL codes on a monthly basis.
  • Support and reconciliation of Sales Tax/GST/VAT submissions and payments.
  • Other ad-hoc tasks required to deliver a timely month-end.
  • Preparation and support for year-end accounts and audit.
  • Inputs into statutory accounts and corporation tax computations for UK companies as required.
  • Assume local leadership for teams with non-local line management.
  • Support the integration and accounting for new acquisitions as required.
Requirements
  1. Accountancy Qualification.
  2. Advanced MS Excel skills.
  3. Proven experience in accounting including financial accounts.
  4. Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex financial information for non-finance stakeholders.
  5. Business acumen and ability to understand the impact of business change on financial accounts.
