Your Role:
As a Customer Care Advisor, you will serve as the initial point of contact for our clients, skillfully identifying their needs to provide appropriate solutions. Your goal will be to facilitate a seamless experience for our customers, equipping them with the necessary tools to maximize their use of GoHenry. Communication will occur through various channels, including phone, in-app chat, and email.
Work Schedule:
These are permanent part-time positions with a consistent shift pattern, ensuring stability in your work schedule.
- Option 1: Sunday & Monday (2PM - 10PM) - 15 hours
Training and Development:
We offer comprehensive training to enhance your knowledge and system navigation skills before you join the main team. This training period can last between 6 to 10 weeks, depending on your progress and confidence levels. Continuous training will follow to keep you updated and equipped to handle incoming queries effectively. We are committed to helping you develop transferable skills that can advance your career, along with opportunities for certified qualifications if desired.
What We Look For:
- Proven customer service experience from a contact center, financial services, retail, or hospitality sector.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to navigate multiple systems while guiding customers toward positive outcomes.
- A genuine passion for building rapport and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
