Role Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical individual to join our team as a Risk Management Specialist/Opportunity Analyst. In this role, you will play a crucial part in identifying potential risks and opportunities that could impact our business operations. You will work closely with various departments to develop and implement mitigation strategies for identified risks and capitalize on promising opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough risk assessments across different areas of the organization, identifying potential threats and vulnerabilities.
  • Develop comprehensive action plans to mitigate identified risks, minimizing their impact on Haleon's operations and reputation.
  • Proactively identify and evaluate emerging opportunities that could benefit the company, proposing actionable strategies for their realization.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement risk mitigation and opportunity capture initiatives.
  • Monitor and track the effectiveness of implemented strategies, making adjustments as needed to ensure optimal outcomes.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as business administration, risk management, or finance.
  • Proven experience in risk identification, assessment, and mitigation strategies.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically and creatively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques.
