We are seeking a highly skilled Materials Coordinator to join our team at Black Fox Solutions. As a Materials Coordinator, you will be responsible for the day-to-day running of the stock control system, monitoring stock and supply levels, and ensuring that daily raw material stock levels match customer orders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the stock control system to ensure accurate and timely inventory management.
  • Monitor stock levels and supply chain to prevent stockouts and overstocking.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve discrepancies in materials and arrange replacement of stock as needed.
  • Ensure efficient handling of material changes and review production plans to meet customer demands.
  • Perform other ad-hoc duties as required.

Requirements:

  • Experience working in a similar role, preferably in a fast-paced FMCG environment.
  • Proficiency in Sage or similar inventory management software.
